Probably would not stay again when in Seattle in the future. For as much as the room cost, you would expect better pillows. If you stay, you should bring your own! The front desk staff was polite enough, but they all seemed bored and acted like they didn't want to be there. If you're going to work the front desk, at least smile and greet customers and be friendly. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms are very nice.

A decent stay for a week in Seattle. Friendly staff, Arul was very hhelpful and considerate at the doors. I can't say much about the breakfasts/food but the staff were friendly at the breakfast area. Room was very comfy and clean. Everything is just a few blocks away. So this is a very good location. Hope this is helpful.

Jess P Is the Gold Standard of Hospitality We arrived at the hotel about 30 minutes before the official check-in time, hoping we might get in a little early. But the lobby was packed — a large number of guests were waiting, and tensions were high. Some people were incredibly rude to the staff, and it was honestly uncomfortable to witness. But Jess P handled it all like a true professional. She never flinched — she stayed kind, courteous, and calm, making small talk, helping with bags, and easing everyone through the process with a smile. Her ability to remain pleasant and composed in a stressful environment was so impressive !! 10/10 checkin she was a rockstar. I tipped her 10bucks after my Stay whatever I needed she made sure to take care of it I’ll definitely be back soon .

Very nice and clean hotel Very nice and clean hotel!. Hotel was spotless! Thank you for the great service and attention to detail. The view was good, price was right. I appreciate the last minute accommodations. I booked the same day. Room was ready right on time. I will surely stay here again.

Not worth it. Old, dirty and expensive. Bathroom tub was clogged, carpets haven’t been cleaned in decades seems like. The entire place smells funky. Good location but that’s all. Would not recommend and would never stay here again. Don’t have any amenities either.
