Great stay Staff was very cordial upon arrival. Hot coffee available in office. There was a pool on the premises which we relaxed by. Room was large, clean, and came with all the extras ( fridge, microwave, coffee pot). Decor was southwestern and updated. Bed was comfortable. Only negative was the foot traffic sometimes heard from the second floor above us. Breakfast was served by staff due to COVID. Nice choices of hot and cold cereal, waffles, eggs, toast and beverages. Dining area very clean. Manager very helpful with places to see and dine.

Employees were my life savers... YES, REALLY The rooms are adequate AND they really should get rid of the Wyndham licensing or whatever it is that puts the Wyndham name on it. You can tell when a corporation has "gutted" if you will a descent hotel chain ! Anyway I digressed... When I say that this group saved my life I guess I mean that everyone I encountered was so professional, polite, caring & compassionate. I came upon DI when I couldn't find my Air B&B's location. It was dark & I couldn't find the address. My "host" wasn't answering the phone at 9:00 pm so I had to find another place to stay. DI was the closest to me & I was very tired after spending the whole day in transit. I was greeted by a night manager with dark hair. I don't remember her name but she lent me a kind ear & ACTUALLY listened to my sob story ! She also remembered it the next day as we spoke at check-out. The beds are just OK- nothing to write home about. A few days later I needed a room again because I could not extend the stay at the AB&B one more day. I had come down with a flare up of a health syndrome that takes me down both mentally & physically. I needed to get home ASAP. Once again, the staff - with the exception of the blondish woman front desk mgr.- smiled when they saw me, remembered my "story" from days earlier & provided the information & guidance I needed. These people are now my second family. I will definitely go back even though it's a mediocre hotel -with great coffee- because of these caring & happy employees ! Bless them. Their support was paramount to me helping my crippled body & spirit at a very crucial time. I will always remember them . Yes, you can find a better place to stay in Sedona but NOT a better staff. I've never met a house keeper who said that they LOVED their job!!! Have you ? I worked in HSKPG when I was younger. I know how much energy it takes to get things done ! I believe most of these people were working 12 hour + shifts. How is it possible that these people can smile LET ALONE STAND after 12-16 hr. shifts ? I have traveled quite a bit in my life & stayed in 5 star places. I have NEVER seen such a strong & positive group of EMPS. And unless I go back I doubt I will. Treat them with respect & you will receive it back 10 fold. Enough said ???

Horrible Definitely overpriced assuming because of the area. The sheets and pillow cases were dirty as well as the bathroom. If you are looking for clean/nice this is definitely NOT your place. Hate we went here

The late night desk guy was cool but the check out girl was really rude Check in was really easy can the guy at the front desk was really nice. However the walls are really thin , and when I called the morning shift girl at the front desk was really rude and there’s a lot of noise and front desk will refuse to do anything about it. I was told to essentially deal with it. It was a very sleepless night.
