Shelby, NC Visit Came back to our Granddaughters Graduation picked this place for area and a swimming pool! No swimming pool open yet has really upset us and grandchildren. As a great time to enjoy each other for the short time we are here. It's ti hard to keep children inside when weather is so beautiful not to mention keep them quiet as well,

I always stay at this locaton and the staff was super supportive and friendly ~ Thank you all! The occasion was for a 100th Anniversary Dinner Celebration in Gastonia. I love the convenience of the stores and restaurants truly within distance. I have always chosen this location and I have never had any issues.

Great Hospitality and Outstanding Leader and Staff The Country Inn and Suites In Shelby have been so kind and outstanding when it comes to knowing how really to show what true hospitality is all about. From the time you are welcomed at the front desk all shifts of the front desk are consistently warm with politeness. You see this hotel leader / Manager Sissy have put teams together that is just like her warm, consistently kind and truelly want you to have an outstanding stay and they All go far and beyond to keep all of us guest satisfied and make sure when we leave we have had a great experience. I have returned many many times and will continue to return because I know that all my expectations will be greatly fulfilled and it’s like coming back to visit friends and family every time. So I challenge each of you… put on your Bucket list if you want to witness true hospitality come visit Sissy and the whole team at the Country Inn Shelby NC. Ms. Dorothy

Definitely needed renovating! I would not recommend staying here until the renovations are completed. The rooms were very old and the bathroom was leaking something from the ceiling. Maintenance has to come in a clean the bathroom and see what was going on. I was trying to understand why they were even renting those rooms knowing there are issues.

Awful This hotel is ghetto and rundown. Needs to be renovated and fixed up. The bed was hard and the shower was cold because there was no hot water. Overpriced for what I got! The staff was not very friendly or welcoming either. I’ll never stay here again :-(
