Perfect After checking in to a different hotel and immediately checking out for poor cleanliness, we drove over to this one to see if they had a room. The guy at the counter was friendly and quick to get us a room for just what we wanted. Just needed a room for 1 night for a softball tournament. It is close to the field and has plenty of food and gas stations nearby. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, pool was decent sized, breakfast was just what we needed for a quick bite before tournament. Recommend this hotel to anyone.

Warning stay anywhere else ! Our room was nasty ! Walls dirty, bath tub finish coming off, desk said all rooms have that problem, tub faucet handle not attached ( handle sitting on side of tub), lavatory faucet mounted too far from sink water coming out of faucet runs over counter, a/c very noisy front cover hanging off unit, entry door you can see into hallway between door and frame, wall thermostat you can see where it use to be mounted holes still there they just painted over it, missing grout in tile floors, room entry doors need oiling squeak opening and closing, couch faded filthy, furniture finish worn off and damaged. Room rate extremely high. Highest I paid in 2 week trip, including new properties and tourist destinations. On check out I didn’t see clerk, walked up to counter saw him sitting in chair in dark corner. Told him I was checking out. He replied “want a receipt?” I replied yes please. He acted like it was so difficult to provide me a receipt. Looked like he had rough night, cuts on face. I then told him about room issues, he asked were you able to shower ? Did not offer to adjust charges to room conditions. Very disappointed in Hilton property. I will never stay there, it’s a dump.

Misleading photo!! Drove out of the way from my long road trip home to stay at this hotel, which shows a hot tub in the photos. It does NOT have a hot tub. Disappointed, to say the least. Apparently, there isn’t a manager on duty to talk to about a refund either. Was going to leave to go to another hotel - really wanted that hot tub!

Horrible exu There was a local football team staying there and they were running up and down the hallway bandage room above me. The front desk refused to do anything saying they’re going to bed soon. So I’m a paying guest supposed to wait on them? The hotel refused to move me and were very rude. Phone in room didn’t work so I had to go to front desk about this issue. Second night they moved me to top floor. TV did not work and said I had to wait on maintenance the next day. I left something in my other room and clerk lied to me and said she could not open room until security arrives next day. We have stayed at countless Hampton prior with no issues but this place was horrible. Staff was rude and arrogant. Do not think of staying here.

Very Disappointed The room itself was fine, but the part that bothered me the most was the gap between the door and the door frame. Standing close to the door, I could see into the hallway. That bothered me. I choose my hotel based on the fitness center. My previous stays at Hilton hotels have been very nice and I felt they were worth the money. There weren't any free weights or real room to actually workout and it smelled so badly in there I couldn't even stand to stay in there. I ended up driving to a Planet Fitness about 10 minutes away. I was very disappointed in that. With having stayed at Hilton Hotels twice in March and twice in April, this hotel was not worth the price I had to pay. It was the most expensive of my recent stays and by far NOT the nicest.
