Just don't do it Horrible that's all I can say. Horrible customer service. Disgusting rooms. Slow check in process. We couldn't even stay in the room because there was bugs crawling in our bed and flies in the room and they took forever to verify that we didn't use the room before they would refund us, even though we only had the keys for about 3 minutes. Just do not go here ever it's really really bad and the staff was so rude.

Two-Star Hotel? More Like a 'No-Star' Motel! I booked a stay at this location for a work event in Silver Spring on 5/30/2024. It is close to the event location and rated two stars, so I expected basic amenities. The mobile check-in option mentioned in the confirmation email was not available. On the day of the reservation, I received three emails with status changes, including a room change from a King Bed to a Double suite without explanation or price adjustment. The provided hotel address led to a small corner of the motel complex a block and a half from the main office and parking area. Signage was unclear or absent. Despite two staff members being present, no one answered the front desk phone after multiple attempts for guidance on parking and check-in. The building at the address was poorly lit, with dirty carpet, no signage, and an unclear path to the check-in area. The lobby had bullet-proof glass separating customers from staff, numerous poorly written signs, and a strong smell of tobacco and urine. The carpets were in poor condition, and there were black and green stains on the walls and ceilings. The room assigned to me was far from the parking area, labeled with a "Travelodge" sign instead of Days Inn. There was no drinking water available, only a vending machine. There were no elevators, only stairs to the upper level. In the parking lot courtyard, there was a strong smell of marijuana smoke, loud music, and individuals engaging in suspected illegal activities. I was approached by two women as I got into my vehicle after a man whistled, possibly signaling them. The room key did not work after multiple attempts. I returned to the front desk and requested a refund due to the issues mentioned. The staff initially resisted but eventually issued a refund. I drove home and returned to the area the next day for my work event, incurring additional travel time and costs. I am surprised this location is associated with the Wyndham brand, costs $100 per night, and is rated two stars. Based on my experience, I would rate it half a star and consider it a motel.

Worst stay ever This hotel should be shutdown!!!! The rooms are seriously infected with mold and the smell of smoke in the rooms is crazy even if it’s non smoking room they tried to cover the smells with a chemical that can’t allow you to breathe properly !! If no one contacted the Maryland Department of Health than I will !!!
