Nice time I don’t travel often, but when I do I find it necessary to leave a review when deserved. My husband and I stayed at this hotel as it was close to the airport. Check in was smooth and didn’t take as long as I was expecting, with the line they had. We got to our room which was, I believe, tower 2. It was a journey to get to. On our way we ran into a young lady named Tamara in the elevator and she greeted us with such a positive attitude and said that there was a nice bar/restaurant near the lobby. We decide to go check it out. My husband likes the bar so we sat there and was instantly met with a smile and greeting by Jae the bartender. She seemed busy but was very welcoming. The drinks came fast and so did the food. Tater tots and spinach dip were so tasty. Kudos to the kitchen staff. This is definitely a hotel I wouldn’t mind staying at again. Good staff and good food.

Beware I’ve been asking for 4 days for someone to respond about missing items left behind in the room. I’ve been going in circles to get an answer on if the items were even found. Arrived late, and called down about shuttle service. Very responsive when answering the call. When getting to front desk to ask about shuttle, the front desk agent was at the guests computers. Stood there for 5 minutes before I realized she was staff. I will not stay at the hotel again. Management is lacking and overall helpfulness is 0. Nice and clean rooms though.

Stay elsewhere. Dirty and dated. The shuttle was nice and being so close to the airport. Dining at hotel was expensive. The ceiling above our shower was literally falling down and it smelled musty. Wouldn’t stay again. Including a picture of the nasty shower ceiling.

One Star Hotel. Horrible service, Unfair pricing, We booked one room for my family via Priceline express booking, Priceline website showed excellent reviews, free parking, Kids stay free, free breakfast and so on. When we checked in the receptionist gave us white slip stating there is no charge for parking, after we checked out, we were charged 32$ (16$ twice) When I called them to enquire about these charges, Billing department lady was rude, she said it's for the Parking fee and will not be refunded and hang up the phone. Breakfast isn't free as well, they charge 22$ per person with is more than the Lunch Buffet at any nice restaurant. Building is under renovation, Room was no better than the 2 Star hotels, no hand / face towels, no hand soap, empty shampoo bottle, no refrigerator, Exhaust fan in bathroom not there / not working. Yes, Swimming pool is there but it's too much overcrowded all the time. Area outside rooms smelled like mold or smoke, not sure what, we called room service as the shower wasn't set correctly, bathroom floors were all wet. Room service never turned up. Horrible Hotel would never recommend anyone to stay here.

The shuttle was the best part We booked 2 rooms because we had to be at the airport at 3:30 a.m. We booked this hotel primarily because there was a 24 hour shuttle. I honestly will never stay at this hotel again. The rooms were outdated, which is fine except that we paid just as much as other hotels in the area. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling that had clearly been painted over multiple times. Paint was peeling along the trim and hallways. The fixtures were outdated and the room had a stale smell (almost as if it had previously been a smoking room). When I wiped down anything, the towel or wipe was brown. We also requested the room get added to our account for points, but it wasn't done. When we checked out, there were no desk attendants; instead, only a security guard was at the desk and we were unable to even get a receipt from our stay. We visit A LOT of hotels around the Midwest due to travel and sports, and this is one of the worst that I have visited.
