Use Caution Made reservations 3 weeks ago and just happened to check my app and noticed it said cancelled. Contacted the hotel directly and stated that I was calling to verify my rooms (4 rooms reserved) were still reserved, person said for what dates and I gave him the dates only. He immediately responded “you canceled your rooms” he had no idea who I was, only the dates that I was coming and hung up. This is GSU graduation so I assume that they canceled ours to rent for a higher payment who knows. Use caution before making reservations here. Not what I would expect from a Choice Hotel.

Amazian The staff was very friendly and helpful . The beds are very comfortable .Felt very safe compared to the hotel red roof .will stay again when come back. I will appreciate all front desk staff and cleaning staff. See you soon statesboro........

Quality Inn - Choice Hotels: Pull Your Flag! This was the worst property we ever visited. It's a terrible representation of the Quality Inn - Choice Motel flag and should be critically reviewed by the Choice Brands representative in person. We've never asked for a refund before, but when we opened the door to the room and saw unmade, slept-in beds, full waste basket, and awful odors, my wife started shaking. The vibe coming off two guests we met was that of a drug dive property. The buildings are in a terrible state of repair. The office is not clearly identified. The automatic doors don't work (a sign says "Slide doors"), and the attached restaurant space, looking very abandoned and derelict, has been vacant for 12 years, according to the manager at another Choice property.

Do not recommend We stayed there for 6 nights. The place needs an overall facelift for starters. We had to ask for towels, shampoos, conditioners to be replaced. Had to ask that the room floor be cleaned due to the length of our stay and the amount of times we were in and out of the room. The ironing board rickety and unstable. They do not keep extra pillows on hand so night manager had to get them from another room. Business Centers printer did not work. Exercise Room equipment in poor condition and some not even working. I never once saw the "security" person but was told the police station is only a few blocks away (not quite the same) The free "full" breakfast has no eggs, no meat....we had to go out and pay for breakfast every day because they chose not to supply "full" breakfast faire. A young boy working the desk did not seem to be very knowledgeable nor was he dressed appropriately in my opinion...not even a Choice hotel staff shirt! Many of the current websites photos are misleading to say the least. The worst thing was the mold i n the tub/shower unit. I cleaned some off during my 1st shower and have included photos of other mold. Lastly, I finally spoke to an actual manager the day before we left and gave him 3 days to make it right; he said he'd be talking to the owner

fantastic stay the pillows are the best and the service is perfect i have been staying here for more than 2 weeks and the rooms are always clean breakfast is always hot and ready in the morning and the pool area stays clean
