Motel 6 Streetsboro, OH

Good Stay and Great Price I stayed here last night and found it much better than the night before in Hamburg, NY. It has three floors and a lot of rooms. There were other people staying here and some had dogs with them. There was just coffee in the morning and no food. My room was good, even though it was on the small side, which I was fine with. The bathroom was nice and clean and the room was clean as well. I would stay here again.

Drugs and weed deals all night. Don’t stay here Terrible, not safe. Do not stay here. Drug deal going on in the room next door…all night. Called the office and was told there is nothing they can do. Finally left at 3:00 AM as we did not feel safe with what we could hear from the room adjacent to us.

A VERY Pleasant Surprise The motel is undergoing renovations, and they were tiling the office area. The front desk clerk was sitting in an ordinary chair checking people in with a tablet. I know it was not the best situation for her, but she handled it like a true professional! She was so courteous and friendly, and made me feel welcome. Check-in was a breeze! The room was VERY clean. The large screen TV was awesome and minifridge was super cold. The freezer actually worked. The tub looked newer. There was ample hot water and water pressure. The location was fabulous, near a ton of eating places. The grounds were very clean with lots of places for walking dogs. Granted, it was chilly out, but I saw no riff-raff like you typically see hanging around the building at some of the less expensive motels. I felt safe! Don't let the stairwells fool you...the one I walked up was filthy. (I attribute this to the renovation projects.) But when I opened the door to the second floor, I was greeted with newer carpet and clean walls in the hallway, and a very clean room. There were no bed bugs, no roaches...It was a clean. comfortable and safe room. You can believe I will definitely stay here again.

The best place to stay! This is the second time that I've stayed at this location, and it is the best deal anywhere! The rooms are VERY clean, the Staff is friendly, polite and always welcoming. The Price is very reasonable and well worth it. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and other shopping nearby, so it's easy to "fill up" too! Honestly, why would you want to stay anywhere else? In fact, I plan on staying there again next year as well!

Very nice budget hotel, but no pool/fitness center This is one of the better Motel 6 motels that my wife and I have stayed at. Very clean and comfortable room, and everything worked, including good wi-fi. The public areas are clean; we seldom walked down our hallway without seeing someone vacuuming. They don't have breakfast, but they have coffee and a row of vending machines with snacky items and beverages. Only one complaint, and that is that the pool and fitness center were closed, and judging by the number of large signs and the desk clerk's comments, I think they've been closed for a long time - with no plans to reopen. It is common for a low-end chain like Motel 6 to purchase a property and close down amenities that are expensive to maintain and insure - like a pool. I get that, but then they should remove the photos that show these amenities from their website. Yes, the pool is missing from the list of amenities, but when you see the pictures...Families book these places expecting a pool, and if it is closed, it can be a difficult stay with kids. Truth and transparency go a long ways!
