Wonderful day We went to the spa for the fire and ice experience and it was just wonderful. So many different heat rooms and ice challenges which kept you feeling relaxed and some lovely pool space to have a relaxing swim in, 2 course lunch included in Roccas was lovely, potential for them too add a few more options like salads onto the set menu that’s included. A few things were broken in the fire and ice experience but most was working fine. Could’ve done with someone to tell you what you can do as was kinda left to you’d own devices. Was a very enjoyable day tho for only £39 per person, great day!

Don’t waste your money! My husband and I were excited to indulge in a bit of luxury and relaxation to celebrate my birthday. We upgraded to a superior room - but on arrival to the room this was no different to a standard room. The room smelt of sewerage and there was black mould around the edge of the shower. We did notify the hotel of the smell which they then covered in the evening with a heavy, floral scent spray. We were excited to use the pool, jacuzzi etc but after walking down to this area 3 times in bath robes we gave up as there was always a queue of at least 10 people waiting in front of us. Our evening meal was pleasant but when we went in to the bar it was completely over crowded. Children were sitting cross-legged on the floor and eventually office chairs were wheeled out of the conference areas for those unhappy standing. We struggled to get served for drinks. We didn’t sleep well; constantly woken up by other guests returning to their rooms until the early hours. In the morning we queued 20 mins just to get into the restaurant for breakfast and then my husband and I did not sit together to eat due to the length of the queues as we waited for different foods. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and we have tried to reach out to the hotel who have completely shut us down. The spa treatments we had at the hotel were wonderful but otherwise I would strongly recommend not wasting your money. We felt like we were in an all inclusive 2* hotel in Benidorm!

A lovely little half-term family trip We had a lovely little family trip away here during half term and there was so much to keep our 4 and 6 year olds busy and happy. We booked the dinner, bed and breakfast rate and it was such good value with a buffet style dinner and breakfast. Sophia in the restaurant was lovely and provided us with great service. The room was in the Beech lodge, it was huge with two pull out single sofa beds for the girls. Overall a great little place for families to escape for a night or two.

Great staff , friendly service. 5 * Really happy with the service here today. We were able to use the spa facilities/ fire & ice while we waited to check-in. A big thank you to Nadine on reception who dealt with our issue swiftly and in a professional manner. We visit here often and yet again pleased that we chose to return.
