Worst La Qunita Stay Ever Find another place in Temecula to stay. Service is terrible. Beds and pillows hard. They only service your room on the 4th night so for the extra money you pay to stay here you get to make your own bed and try to get your own towels. Mabe you can make a big stack of used laundry by the door a talking item when you get home. The only good thing was the room was clean.

Weekend stay For the price, I expected better. Rooms are a bit dirty, old, well used, even torn and room didn't smell well.

Customer Service is KEY Front desk was rude and for whatever reason denied my Military ID, demanding a DL, when both IDs are government issued ID. I felt disrespected. We are surrounded by military bases in that area, and it is not uncommon to have military personnel as a customer.

Poorly Managed/Below Average Accommodations My boyfriend and I stayed at a La Quinta Inn located in Flagstaff, AZ. and found it to be a very nice place to stay so we booked a reservation at La Quinta in Temecula, CA expecting a similar experience but were met with just the opposite. Considering we were traveling post-pandemic, it was disappointing to learn there was "no room service" if the guest booked less than 4 nights stay. We were not informed of the policy when our reservation was made. Had we known, we would have stayed somewhere else. We stayed 3 nights so we received no towel changes, bed to be made nor trash removal from the room. Very disappointing. We were told we could ask for more towels as there were no hand towels in the room when we arrived. We requested them on 2 occasions and non were provided. The breakfast was subpar as we found they were out of eggs (at 8:30 am), and the coffee was horrible (watered down). Apparently, the staff was not monitoring it. The room was clean overall and fairly large but the light was out above the microwave/fridge area (very dim) so it was hard to see if we wanted to make our own coffee. Additionally, the staff was not very friendly and were annoyed when we asked for the hand towels that we never received. And, if you don't mind, noise, one of the guests next to our room had his music on loud during the day (base sound). I do not recommend this hotel nor would I return even if the price seems right.

Will cancel your reservation with no communication Really disappointing stay here. I booked a reservation in May, and I found out as we were on our way to a wedding nearby that our stay had been cancelled. We received no communication about this whatsoever, and had to rebook frantically for a much more expensive rate. I even received a notification reminding me about my stay two days prior so I would've never known my original reservation was cancelled. From this experience, it is clear the chain is really unorganized, and not willing to help customers.
