Brilliant as always Fantastic place and my usual place of stay in Houston Very helpful staff and a extremely courteous front desk A bit more food options fir vegetarians like me would only make this place from great to fabulous Keep up the great work folks and look forward to my next stay

Pleasantly surprised. This was a group of friends trip involving a football game. Great location and access to good restaurants and bars. Super friendly staff. Our room was on the second floor. Really quiet. Excellent beds and privacy. A very nice Hilton property.

Horrible Front Desk Staff Check in was horrible. We waited until way past check in while the front counter staff and housekeeping behaved obnoxiously. We were late for our event because the room was not ready. The hotel is ok, but not great. Never again. Chose the Marriott, or anywhere but here. I was highly disappointed and I am done with the Hilton honors program.

Incredible Service and PERFECT location! The service here is amazing. We felt like family from the moment we checked in. The entire team was friendly and accommodating during our stay, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. You don't need to drive anywhere! We walked about 10 minutes to Market Street and the mall. The Woodlands Waterway was fun to stroll at night too.

Excellent customer service. Roger made us feel at home. The breakfast was super yummy and a very clean environment. I felt at home. Home away from home. The customer service was excellent. The breakfast was very delicious. Excellent in cleanliness. Quiet environment and a walking distance to the numerous stores and restaurants. Very safe environment. A very nice guy called Roger was very courteous and compassionate for my daughter and treated us with respect. Thank you Roger for your excellent service. Thank you Hilton for the warmest welcome. I will always recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Texas
