Brown recluse bite My partner and I stayed here for New Year’s Eve because it was close to the party we were going to. We were left waiting for over five minutes at the desk to check in and out. The rooms were outdated, and at 55 degrees when we entered (took a while to warm up). At breakfast ALL of the bananas were completely bruised, shouldn’t have been put out for guests. The parking lot was an ice rink. And to top it all off, my partner was bitten by a brown recluse during our stay and it’s turning into a pretty nasty wound. Would not recommend this hotel, especially as there are many other options nearby for about the same price.

Great staff & value, A little behind on room condition Staff was frindly and breakfast was good - all things I have come to appreciate ad enjoy at Hampton Inns. But...The room we stayed in was in dire need of remodeling and very worn out in certain areas. The carpet in the room and hallways appeared to be recently replaced which was nice. The room was clean. But furnishings such as couch, nightstands and tv stand are very worn and outdated. Ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and falling apart and the shower wall panels were cracked at the shower rod mounts. Vanity shelves in the bathroom had the finish worn and flaking off due to years of wear from people putting their feet on it and getting wet. Decor in the room was mix and match from 3 different remodels. I stay at many Hampton Inns each year and this one fell short on the room quality. Everything else was great.

Don't Go Here for Business I was traveling for business and this hotel is not a business traveling type of hotel. It is fine for someone just passing through but if you're wanting to do a business work or meet with any number of people, good luck. The "business center" is one desk in the corner of the work out room. Very loud, very inconvenient. There were no options for wired internet either

The Nastiest hotel in Denver Metro The room had a terrible smell when you entered, the bathroom tub was stained and hairs were everywhere, the room was ICE cold upon check in and took almost an hour to warm up and hotel staff would earn a zero for customer service.

Nice Hotel The hotel was very nice, though the wall unit for heating/cooling was missing the thermostat I have been used to. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean as well. Would stay again, especially with a better thermostat.
