Things are not as they seem The facility was nice , there was construction going on but that was mentioned on the web site . Room was clean quite , had a huge King size mattress . My problem was that mattress was completely WORE out . The free breakfast is nice lite & fit . The issue is that there are not enough chairs . They have plenty tables but only two chairs per table .

Ew: Sheets with black stains, three kinds of bugs, loose toilet seat, but at least there's a fridge This hotel is surprisingly bad considering the location and the parts that ARE nice. It feels like no one in management has walked through this room in years. The moment I walked in, I was hit by a strong floral scent I had an immediate allergic reaction to (sensitive people, stay away). Ironic for a disabled person room. Then there's the bed. Three lumps tiny square-sized pillows, under which I found three spiders. My sheets had a blackish fluid-shaped stain on them (EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I cannot say enough EW), so I slept on top of the bed using new sheets and towels as a blanket. Oh btw the duvet is extremely thin and dirty, with just a sheet thrown on top and then the top sheet underneath it. The good news? They probably wash that coverlet sheet. But eeew to direct contact with the duvet. Also if you sleep cold, bring your own blankets. More bugs in the sink and bathroom. Three flying insects of some kind, two in the sink, one on the toilet seat. A silverfish under the sink. There are various holes in all the walls, unpathced, and a couple of bolts just sticking out of the wall. The toilet seat is loose, stained, and has chips in it, and you have to hold down the lever for a full 60 seconds to get the toilet to flush. I doubt it could handle anything... substantial. The headboard is such that you can't sit up and lean against it - the top that juts out hits you just at your neck, so I hope you like watching TV lying down. The bathroom towels looked like someone had used some of them and then hung them up again. The tissue box looked like someone had just tried to pull one out and couldn't get it all the way - all spiky and used, like in a janky gas station bathroom. The bathroom sink drains very very slow (it's def clogged). Oh and while we were here there was construction on the property from 9am-4pm. no one told us when we booked or gave a discount lol. And if you want quiet, I'd look elsewhere. Walls are thin. People opening and closing their doors sounds like they're slamming car doors. However, the positives: management staff was nice there's a fridge and microwave in the room, substantial size. there's a little rack for hanging clothes, with a shelf on top ironing board and iron breakfast is decent (hard boiled eggs, fried potatoes, bagels, fruit, yogurt) Overall, I think this is just an older hotel that needs some redecoration, a little handyman work, and some love. It's a decent spot, but they're not keeping it up. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE THROW AWAY SHEETS WITH STAINS ON THEM (and dear god let that have been a stain and not just dirty sheets)

I could take it or leave it if it's just a place to lay my head a bit The reviews don't show honesty. The place is not taken care of whatsoever. Very rundown. I suggest staying elsewhere. Poor hospitality, not ADA COMPLIANT, many broken items in the room, very noisy staff early hours of the morning very disappointed.

I liked it Very helpful and friendly staff during the entire stay. My room was nice and clean. The appearance of the entire hotel is great with the heated and well-lit pool at night. It's also in a great location with several restaurants and night life nearby.

Good Stay Overall - Time for new Mattresess Overall it was a good stay. Was here for a week on a business trip. I travel 90% for work and stay in a variety of places. I would say that I agree with the previous reviews, its time for mattress replacement. I did not feel any springs and slept fairly well but you can tell its just that time. No bugs. I tend to stay on the upper floors especially in an outside hallway property, things just crawl in under doors on the first floor rooms, not always but you got a better chance of that happening on the first floor. I would say there should be a place to hang your hand towel at the sink area, that would be a nice addition. I didn't use the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was fine.
