Solid consistent comfort Awesome staff. Came in tired from the road clerk was really nice and helpful. Clean room good sized with a separate couch nook! fridge, microwave, coffee maker and coffee . Good breakfast buffet hot meal cereal breads coffee juice. They loved our doggies also.

Great hotel It was a wonderful hotel. Staff was very welcoming. Room was clean. We had 2 small dogs and the pet fee was minimal. All staff was happy to meet our pups. Breakfast was good also. Definitely recommend and stay again should be be passing through in the future.

Not Recommended Awful hotel. Pool and spa were murky and over-chlorinated which burned skin. Fitness cnter was a joke, as the front desk had to unlock door due to prior vandalism (key card did not work). The treadmill did not work, the resistance weight machine another fail. Service at front desk was abysmal. Don't waste your money or time here.

Windows need Improvement We stayed there for only one night, the room is average, beds are comfortable, but we were able to hear the guests above our room walking (sounded like stomping) throughout the night. Our room was near the main road, and we could hear the cars and people talking as if we had the windows opened. We didn't deal with customer service since it was only for one night. If I had to stay at this hotel, I would request a room on the third floor and away from the main road.

Choose a different hotel. Stayed while in town for a baseball tournament, this was one hotel option from the baseball tournament booking company. The outside was weedy and trash cans overflowing. Parking spots hard to come by as the hotel was full. The hotel had signs all over about strictly enforced quiet hours beginning at 9pm and if a complaint is made against you, your card will be charged to compensate those that complained, very unwelcoming. The interior is very dark (browns and tans) giving it a 70s feel not a newly built hotel. Many areas (including our room) appear as they need a good cleaning and repainting. The rooms are dark as well, even with the lights. The seating area is cramped with a small sofa and chair. The beds are practically on top of one another. There is a small microwave and fridge and a coffee maker in the bathroom (yuck). The water pressure is low, but the water is hot. The WiFi is spotty, the outlets are loose and if you hit a cord, it will unplug, the elevator is slow and noisy. Didn’t attempt breakfast as it didn’t receive high remarks for other guests in the hotel. The only positives I can say: air conditioning worked well and there was not a lot of traffic noise. Would not stay again.
