Look elsewhere The Lobby looks updated and nice, easy check in. Get up to the room. Dirty, dated and we stayed 2 nights, housekeeping never came to our room? Wore my sandals so I didn’t have to touch the carpet. Bed comforter was stained. Would not recommend staying here.

Awesome stays overs the years! I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I must say I have received superior service. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are spacious and the team is always courteous. Kelly is a fantastic leader. She's always interacting with customers to ensure their stay is amazing. Business stay The staff is awesome. Very pleasant every time I stay. The bar is nice. The rooms are comfy and close to everyone. Awesome local restaurants downtown. The Texas Roadhouse is across the street. They do a great job. My only complaint this visit. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. I reported it to the staff. This was a first staying here.

Quiet and Clean It's far enough from the main highway (I-75) that it's quiet - unlike the hotel next to the exit ramp. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and seemed welcoming when we encountered them. Going north we stayed at another hotel near the off-ramp, and never again. This place is hands-down so much better.

Very disappointed in this hotel This hotel was a big disappointment and certainly not up to what’s expected in a Hilton property. Furnishings very dated and dirty. Coffee tray had crumbs and dust. No cups for coffee. We travel with a dog and he sure wanted to get under the bed after something but we couldn’t see if anything was there. On a positive note, the staff was very personable, especially the young woman who was manning the bar/restaurant by herself.
