Great for Cruises Pros: About a block and a half from Canada Place or a $13 Uber ride with luggage Nice suite. We had four people and did the two double bed suite. The beds were comfy, the shower was good. Super friendly bellman who took our luggage from the garage and got us all we needed in the room. The pool itself and the hot tub were very nice and the views were great. We would stay here again, but would most likely just stay at the Pan Pacific for the little bit extra. Cons: Helpful at all about finding where the parking garage was, and how to get up to the hotel. In fact, the only really friendly person was the bellman who helped us. You have to have them do everything for you if you need something. Issues: We had an issue with the air conditioner, leaking a large amount of water all over the one closet in the hallway where all of my clothing was and our luggage. What they did handle well was that the all my clothing laundered very quickly. But what they did not handle well was getting someone to fix it and getting the mess out of the room. The drip noise was annoying. They only offered us 10% off. I do understand that they had to pay to have my clothing laundered, but it was already wandered when I put it in the closet so that’s not really my issue. The front desk was not overly friendly not helpful and they were quite snotty. I did feel that the vibe of the hotel was a little weird. It’s in a sports club so amenities are shared with them. The area where it was located was walkable to restaurants of all sorts. There is a pharmacy in Canada Place if you need it. There is a great cafe called Brekka across the street. We got daily breakfast here and dinner on the first night. We had Walmart do a food delivery and it was very easy. do you have a refrigerator in the room?

Gem of a find Excellent location and great service. Within walking distance to the cruise ship terminal and lots of things to do in the area. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are well appointed. Price is great considering it is downtown Vancouver. Will stay again!

A great experience once again! We love this hotel for its location in downtown Vancouver. The metro/buses are close by as is the waterfront and Gastown. The hotel itself has friendly service and our suite with a view of the harbor was magnificent. There is also access to a state of the art gym, pool, sauna, steam and locker rooms. For some, the only drawback may be there is no onsite restaurant. However, our room had a refrigerator and microwave make it easy to have a light breakfast. This is our second stay at the Auberge and we will be returning again next summer!

Very enjoyable stay We stayed for three nights pre-cruise and had a lovely stay. Staff really friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was excellent - nice suite, lots of space, great bathroom (excellent shower) and everything clean. Nice linens and comfy bed. Swimming pool is really nice. We would definitely stay here again if in Vancouver.

Nice place close to Cruise ship! Biggest issue was finding out there are 2 Hotels with close to same name!! Went to wrong one first. Also not easy to find, see picture. People where very nice, they gave us the option of waiting till our better view room was ready, but my wife and where tired so we just took first available. Did not use pool. But room was very comfortable with nice amenities. Had nice Pub on next street over, but will review that next Would not hesitate to go back should I be in the area
