Disappointing. This was a disappointment to us. Sheets and towels were rough, no bar area or hang out area and we were not greeted with the same great service we had at the sister hotel Ziggy. . It is right on Venice beach so there was quite a bit of noise as well. I have never stayed in a hotel that had 0 channels on the TV - the only access was to stream from your phone. The system was annoying to use.

Frequent traveler who has found a new home here. This is one of the best in town. The views are amazing and the staff is so helpful. I arrived from the airport after midnight and was greeted by Frank who went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel at home. I now stay here whenever I come to LA. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The R in Erwin stands for REAL People! The rooms are absolutely the cutest, cozy and stylishly designed for comfort! The breakfast spread is delicious and satisfying. The rooftop is the place to be—a lively, happening spot with incredible vibes. The staff is exceptionally accommodating, going above and beyond for guests and any special needs with genuine care and attention. A truly unforgettable stay!

Amazing Experience and well located The hotel was surprisingly big for being right in Venice Beach, and the rooms were specious and clean. The whole team was very welcoming always ready to help and spread positive vibes. Specials thanks to Frank for really making me feel at home and making sure everyone keeps a smile on their face. Would for sure recommend this Hotel !!!

I had a great stay ! It’s been a great experience at the hotel. Special thanks to Frank for taking care of us the whole time. Location was a 10/10 and so was the service. I recommend doing the hop on hop off bus while here as the center is pretty far away. Hope to come back soon !
