Not even an apology Yes as the dressers in my room drawers won’t stay closed as I understand my room isn’t the only one anyway I fell over the bottom one with injury’s that they act like it’s my fault not even a apology t

Best place in town, but could be better This hotel doesn't have a lot of competition, and it knows it - it's fine, but could be a lot better. We were driving Route 66 and had already booked it, but one of the visitor centers an hour or so up the road warned us about the other motels in town and said we had made the right choice. There were a couple of issues with the room, nothing major but at least one should have been caught earlier. The biggest negative was the breakfast, which was easily the worst I've ever seen at any hotel that offers a free hot breakfast (including numerous Holiday Inn Expresses). Even the coffee was undrinkable and the only hot offering was biscuits and gravy. We took one look and headed for McDonald's.

GREAT STAY My family and I were in town to visit relatives. We had a great experience during our stay! Karen was especially helpful in booking our room and making sure we had everything we needed! Great job all! Thank you!!

Friendly and clean The ladies were super kind and friendly to my crazy tired 3yr old running like crazy from finally being out of the car after a 9hour drive and got us settled in comfortably and quickly!! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only down fall is the pool is under remodeling but the bathtub with bubbles satisfied my lil man just the same so it's a win win. I would stay again.

Decent value, helpful staff, but some deficits The clerk was helpful and friendly. We did have to ask for a box of tissue; there was none in our room. The clerk dug up what he said was the last box he had. The pool was closed for corvid-19 concerns. The door handle on our door was broken making getting in a challenge. The hotel is very conveniently located by the highway and the Buffalo Run Casino.
