Filthy The rooms claim new and they are somewhat newish but come on owners, a newish room is no good if it is filthy dirty! The walls had food, drink and who knows what else splatters all over. Baseboards are so dirty I can't tell what colour they are supposed to be. Floors were somewhat clean except all the corners had dirt and stuff in them. I was afraid to let my little dog walk the floor in case she ate something from the floor edges. The shower was granite which is easy to clean but nope, coated in a dirty film. Hardly mattered as the shower was completely broken so had to face cloth wash. Bedside lamp cover was ripped and stained and dirty finger prints on all the switches. To make matters worse they advertise $80.00 but because they were almost sold out upcharged to $115.00. This hotel was barely worth $30.00 although I'd change my mind about that if it was CLEAN!!!! Now on to the good, bedding was very clean, and reasonably comfortable. The reception woman Friday evening was very pleasant and friendly. (Morning check out woman was unfriendly and illmannered). Lots of grassy areas to walk the dog and close to several good restaurants. Also easy access to highways. That's it. I wish I had seen an honest review before booking this place. And I wish hotel managers/owners would at the very least ensure rooms are clean. I'd stay in an older hotel and be happy if it was clean.

Great stay Great stay. Saved a lot of money and would stay there again for sure. Updated rooms/ good service/ easy access and great location. We liked that you just parked and walked 20ft into your room instead of all the way down a hallway, etc.. Taco Bell right next door as well

Way better than we expected We are pro travelers writing on how to visit national parks on a budget. We often choose America's Best Value, because they have usually hit our hot buttons, clean, safe, and cheap. $80.49 taxes and all. $10 above the internet stated, but very competitive. It is located at the intersection of two big highways with a mall behind, absolute safety! I walk into the lobby: new flooring and tables placed to block entry to the breakfast room. Breakfast is cereal I understand. Not a great presentation, but I am not sleeping in the lobby. Exterior repairs on the posts are amature. Not sleeping there either. We get first floor room with outside entry. I open the door...everything looks new! I want to drag Susan over to see why this gets an 8.7 out of 10. There is only one weakness. The bathroom is small with the sink inside. The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker are in the bathroom entry/coat hanging alcove, eh. A recliner, two tables, rolling chair, and King bed. The lights are all those new fixtures with a switch, outlet and a USB charge port. Lots of receptacles and lights around. The refrigerator is a two door model with a large freezer (we freeze 11 water bottles each night to keep our two coolers cold all day). The refrigerator portion is small with a little little drawer. Not great, but with that freezer very adequate. 30' from parking to room. The staff we friendly. They didn't need a card to hold it till we arrived. I don't mind being asked, but when you are driving or navigating it's a hassle. Plus they hand you the receipt at check in. This is not a 4 star hotel but a solid 4 out of 5 two star motel. For what we do this is a perfect 5! This place way exceeded our needs and expectations. Highly recommended.
