Soft Pillows The pillows _ I give 10 heart hands. The pillows were very fluffy and I slept through the night. I enjoyed my stay there everytime, it's always so peaceful and resting, very clean and the breakfast I'm ok, I was able to watch whatever I wanted on the TV with my wifi.

Clean and Quiet The Super 8 Waco hotel was clean and quiet, which I appreciated; I was able to get a good night’s sleep before going back to my conference at Baylor. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Unclean Super 8 University area Waco. Bad TV, unable to see picture. Room not cleaned nor bed made for 3 nights. Bathroom not cleaned daily. Ventilation system inoperable as the controls were not labelled. No customer service at all for 3 days and staff not responsive to requests.

Decenr I stayed for Christmas break. Our first room the TV didn't work. We moved and the smoke alarm battery was going off. Reported to staff. It wasn't fixed. The breakfast is a joke. Very limited TV channels. I will not be staying here again.
