Best spa treatments! Location was everything We booked for our silver wedding anniversary and had requested the Walton Hall side (over the bridge) we had a room overlooking the lake (2) and is was lovely. As previously said by some reviews, it is a little dated but the bonus for JD was we could open the patio door and sit outside and take in the view and sounds of the wildlife. We had booked a 2 night indulgence spa break which included 2 treatments each, use of the facilities, breakfast and £30 pppn towards the evening meal. This was ample enough for 2 courses. The only negative I can say for the restaurant/hotel is the Prices of the alcoholic drinks. £7.50 for a pint and £12 for a large wine is was too pricey. The spa experience exceeded my expectations. The location was second to none and it was lovely just to wonder a d sit in the various areas around the building. I opted for the hot stone massage and renew facial. Both were delivered by Martine. She is an absolute wonder. I can't recommend her highly enough. My husband had the tension ease massage and facial with salt scrub with Jess. He also said she was great. We used the pool, sauna steam room, outdoor hot tubs etc. and all were great. The only thing that let down the overall experience here was the showers and changing rooms. There were no toiletries to use in the showers except a bog standard pump machine. Some hair dryers were broken and it just didn't flow or create the luxury of the rest of the spa. That being said I'd definitely recommend and will return

Beautiful venue, wonderful staff We held a quarterly Senior Leadership Team session at Waterton Park in late May, and what a brilliant time we had. The venue is gorgeous, everywhere was clean and airy, certainly helped by the great sunny weather we were blessed with. Every member of staff we encountered was super helpful, from Chris on reception, Charlotte who organised the event, Emily who looked after us both days and Janine in the restaurant. Thank you all, we will definitely be back.

Great From the start was warmly welcomed and greeted kindly by everyone. Sophie from the reception made sure we shown around and directed to all the facilities, aswell as a warm goodbye upon checkout. Rooms were fantastic and very clean with nice little touches throughout the whole stay. When it came to dinner all staff were great however tammy the bar manager was just amazing, gave us suggestions as to what she recommended and made sure we was looked after. We will definitely be visiting again.

Overnight stay Lovely overnight stay. We did the deal with spa experience and dinner. We loved the outdoor hot tubs by the lake. Staff were brilliant and very attentive. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family and would book to stay here again.

A Perfect Anniversary Treat – Highly Recommend! My husband and I visited the spa to celebrate our 1-year wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We chose the Twilight Package, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind together. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire facility was spotless, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The facilities including the steam room, jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor hotubs were so relaxing, and it truly felt like a well-deserved escape from everyday life. Best of all, the whole experience offered excellent value for money – we felt pampered without breaking the bank. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already talking about our next visit. Thank you for making our anniversary so special – we’ll definitely be back!
