Hotel is full of “newcomers”. Avoid. The place is full of what I can only assume are illegals placed there. They all appear to be of Arabic and African. Did not hear any English. Rampant weed smoking in the elevators and hallway. They appear to not have transportation bc the hotel seemed fairly full but hardly any cars. Dozens of adults were just laying in the grassy areas around the hotel at all hours. Horrible place.

Home away from home 10 stars I moved in here 3/4/23 This place is amazing . The employees are helpful.The whole place is clean.i have all the amenities of home and my dog Onyx loves it.Thank you for your service!!! What I needed was a place to stay like home and it is !!

It is what it says it is. It's an extended stay hotel. No frills. We were in town for an event, but I had to understand that this was also Wisconsin's homecoming weekend so our regular hotel(Marriott or Comfort Inn) either had huge price increases due to the event weekend. We found this hotel serviceable. If I was staying for business, it would work just fine. Kitchenette, fridge, two burners, microwave, sink. You can get cooking utensils and pots at the front desk. This might not be the place for you if you are expecting a pool, fitness center, etc. But a decent night's sleep, it's pretty good.

SUPER FANATASTIC We arrived here yesterday at 1830 We were pleasantly surprise at all the options we have and being able to cook all that we want and have a complete stove with an oven as well This place is amazing Looking forward to our stay until we want to leave

Worst customer service experience ever 1/5 Terrible I booked a room here through Orbitz so I wouldn't have to drive home intoxicated. When I arrived by Uber at the end of the night, the front desk told me there was an error with the payment method Orbitz uses. Enstead of giving orbitz or myself a call, they just took it upon themselves to cancel my room and give it to someone else, LEAVING ME TO SLEEP IN MY CAR because they didn't have any other available rooms (as was the same story at other hotels nearby). Thanks for THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have ever had!
