Great place Just visited last week of July. I could not have found a better place for the money. Room was clean and nice, had outdoor table, chairs, umbrella and grill right outside of our room to relax and eat dinner. Local to anything you need. Jodi was wonderful. Thank you for everything. Clean and Quiet We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend. We had a wedding event in Chatham. It was cheap and clean. It was very quiet and the heater worked well. The cleaning lady was great and made animals with our towels. No issues at all. The bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Good if you have kids. If you don’t, stay away. I came down with my mother and teenage daughter for the weekend. This is a reasonably priced, clean motel. I wouldn’t consider it a resort. There are microwave and a small fridge in the room that we stayed in. The bathroom looks as if it were recently remodeled. I had booked one of their family suites, but it’s really just an oversized room. My daughter slept on the futon with no complaints and the bed were fairly comfortable. This is called a FAMILY resort for good reason. There are kids EVERYWHERE. And they are excited to go to the pool and to be on vacation and they are NOISY. Not a horrible thing if you are prepared for it, but you should know that you won’t be sleeping in. This hotel is right near restaurants and a Dunkin and as of this review a Dollar General. There is coffee, but no breakfast here. The staff is friendly. If you have kids you would do well here. Older people should probably look elsewhere.

Very satisfied! Our rooms appeared to be recently up-dated and were very clean and sharp-looking. We were very pleased with the appearance and accommodations. The only complaint was that there was no coffee maker in the room, but it is understandable that it is one way to keep their costs low. Liked the built-in shower gel and shampoo dispensers (again a money-saver which keeps the room cost down). We would highly recommend this motel.

Clean but noisy All I needed for my stay was to sleep well. I couldnt. Even tho their quiet hours are 10.30pm to 7am and "stritcly enforced", I am not really sure who or how enforces them because at midnight there were people talking loudly in the courtyard. Even tho I closed my window to hear them less, I heard them. I called the front desk, they were very nice, but noise level didnt change. Other than that stay was good, room was good size and clean, beds comfy and bathroom nice. Just they should really enforce their quiet hours. Cos you can hear EVERYTHING in this motel.
