Great Memories! We have been coming to White Bear Lake Best Western for 37 years and it gets better every year. Staff is friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub are always clean and the perfect temperature. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Rudy’s Grill and rooftop restaurant is fantastic. All in all, we have always had a memorable and enjoyable stay every time. Looking forward to our next stay!

Lack of sleep The bar is on the third floor and our room was on the third floor. The drunks were very loud up and down the hallway. Not a good experience as we had difficulty sleeping with all the noise. The rest of the hotel and the staff were very good. Maybe a different area of the hotel would have yielded better results.

BW PLUS White Bear Country Inn What a great stay. I had originally had one night booked but needed two more. There were no rooms available. When I checked in the front desk informed me, they had the additional nights I needed. That is attention you don't receive ay most big chains and or boutique establishments. Room was great (think there were new mattresses as well), breakfast outstanding, Rudy's roof top was a great reprieve on a glorious summer day, and proximity to White Bear Lake for a leisurely walk were all amenities that make the BW WBCI a favorite. The place is like a resort tucked away in the small town of White Bear Lake, MN. The difference here is there is an onsite owner operator that has an unbelievable team that know what it takes.

Nice hotel in a cute MN town The hotel is very nice and close to the town center which is adorable. I felt welcome when I checked in. My room was spacious and clean with a nice coffee maker and toiletries. The breakfast was sufficient. Wish there would have been trays to carry everything and the set up of the food could be improved (didn’t flow well). The onsite restaurant is nice. Was very busy so guessing the locals like it as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming local spot! This is probably the best Best Western we have stayed at. It was clean, cute and had some local charm. The roof top bar is wonderful! The location is great, within walking distance to the charming town of White Bear Lake. Front dest staff could up their friendliness.
