Do Not Trust This Hotel I reserved a room here more than 3 months in advance for last Saturday July 22nd. When I walked up to the desk the girl immediately asked if I booked with Expedia. I said that I did and she responded that they were overbooked and didn't have a room for me. I asked what I should do and she told me to go across the street to the Days Inn, that they would have a room for me. Things only got worse from there, the Days Inn wanted to charge me $187 plus tax for a room that they normally sell for $60 a night on advance rate. If I didn't have a car that night I would have been forced to sleep outside. I'm very angry that a hotel takes advantage of people like this and the booking sites still allow them to do it. I think it's fairly obvious that they gave my room away because they got more money from someone else paying a last-minute walk-up rate. They never called me to tell me they weren't going to give me a room. They didn't even apologize to me when they sent me away. Then worst of all they wasted my time by sending me across the street to a hotel that didn't even have a room with two beds available and wanted to charge me a much higher rate for a room that only had one bed. Beware!

Sleep in your car! We made the mistake of staying at this hotel. We were there before, pre-covid, and found it to be well run. Today? What's the opposite of well run? Arrived to find a non functioning broken toilet. We asked for another room, and were told the hotel was sold out. Maintenance kinda fixed it, but the toilet ran all night. In the morning, we discovered that the shower valve was broken. No shower. No concern from the front desk. This hotel seems to be focused on a low end clientele who don't demand such luxurious items like working toilets and showers. Never, ever again. This place should be torn down.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place was absolutely disgusting. We walked into the room, the pullout couch was unmade The carpet were stained. The toilet seat was soo stained and there was a bowel movement in the toilet. Dirty wash clothes in the shower. Black stains all over the walls. They would not give us a refund for the night so we lost that money but worth it to not sleep in that place. Book somewhere else! I don’t understand how trip advisor still has a 4 star rating on this hotel with all the bad reviews

YIKES what is that? Stay away from this place. This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. The room and hallways were filthy. It is conveniently located across the parking lot from a homeless shelter. The foljs that stay there are well known to hotel staff and they hang out. I did a review on booking.com and the hotel commented on the fact that they are addressing my concerns. Yet another lie

Not recommended! First of all, our bed had just sheets - no comforter. Second, the bathroom ceiling was black, almost looked like black mold. Third, the couch smelled like urine. It was just gross. I will never go back here. Staff were nice, but this place was not AT ALL.
