Questionable pride in ownership Comfy bed, in room traffic Areas clean. Did find cob webs under heater and around bed. Hole in mattress and stain on bed spread. Door Frame on bathroom door was Metal and loose. Bathroom ceiling need repair and faucet loose and Leaking, claim of hot breakfast was only on Saturday. Crusty eggs And sausage. Pricing was Reasonable.

Worn & Tired Hotel This hotel is on a downward trajectory. Feels like the owners have decided that investing in maintaining a fresh & clean environment costs too much money. Thats probably why a brand new hotel has sprung up right next to it this year. Next year when I vist, I'll stay next door.

Great hotel for the price! I came to Wixom for a business trip and was surprised to see how well this hotel was running. For the price everything was great, the rooms were nice which is what I cared about mostly. I had breakfast in the morning before I left, and was given great service from the front desk.

Would not stay unless it was $80 or less The remote for tv was missing, i had to go to front desk three times and get it changed, when it still didnt work an employee came up to finally get the tv working. The stopper in the sink was missing and the sink cracked in half so i could not shave and no hair dryer so I didn’t shower. There was almost no breakfast to speak of...the photos on your website absolutely do not represent the hospitality area. I was there are 645 and there almost no variety (no waffle machine as depicted in photos), 2 sausage links and one small scoop of reconstituted powdered eggs left.. Outside maintenance sorely lacking..unkempt. What a waste of money. I could have stayed at Sonesta in Novi for slightly more but at least it would have been worth it. I have stayed at Red Roof Inns (recently) that were far better than this property and $40 less. I am guessing this is franchise location. From now on before i book i will confirm if franchise or corporate hotel and will NOT book at franchise locations again..I feel like I deserve a partial refund. I will post this review on other sites so people can be forewarned

DON'T GO! Horrible Horribly unclean, stained sheets and when I asked for news one to change myself I got a no. Sooooooo here are the gross sheet on a bed I paid $100 to sleep on! Needs a $150 deposit also which is not mentioned anywhere until you enter the lobby.
