Super 8 by Wyndham Woodstock

This was a nice get away Was quiet, the staff respected my privacy. Made me feel very safe and comfortable I didn't by know why this is making me type this long

Dirty rooms Yeah the room stunk from a nasty fish smell and didn't go away all night .I should of been comped for the night I stayed there. The Indian guy who worked the desk sprayed the room ,and said he smelled smoke . Why he cheap and didn't want too comp the room .

Terrible service Tried to get a new key when mine wouldn't work at 1130 pm. Clerk never answered until almost an hour and a half later as he was sleeping in the back room. I almost left to find another hotel and collect my things the following morning. I was mad and threw my old keycard on the counter and it skipped to the floor. I apologized for my actions...but the clerk then became irate and starting yelling and throwing key cards at the window where I was standing and all over the room. I apologized at least another couple times to calm him down. He finally gave me my key but NEVER apologized to me for making a customer wait from 1130 pm to 1 am because he was sleeping on the job!!! He also never apologized the next morning when I was checking out! Not sure why my key card didn't work the second night but am concerned if there is an emergency or something at this hotel...the clerk will most likely sleep through it! I will not stay here again!

Just walk away! This was the most horrible experience in a hotel I have ever had! We arrived to a horrible smell. The room was NOT clean!! There was hair in the drain the tub was disgusting and was not fixed. It was grey at the bottom. I did not want to touch anything in the room. The floor looked like someone was murdered in there. Some of the staff was very rude and had to leave 30 min late upon check out due to staff sleeping in the office. The elevator had the emergency phone held up with Duct tape. There was cardboard on the door across the hall from us covering up the door and spray painted to match. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Everything was filthy!!!! Terrible horrible experience. A one is too generous.

THIS HOTEL WAS THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER WALKED INTO! We had a wedding in Woodstock and originally were scheduled for two nights. Thank goodness I changed it to just one before I couldn't! My husband and I had to travel separately so I called the front desk to add him to our registry in case he got there before I did. On the phone, I was spoken horribly! I was the one who arrived first and not only was it horribly dirty and smelled like an ashtray things were broken in our room and in the elevator! I left my items on the table in the room because the bed looked filthy. I went to a rehearsal and came back 3 hours or so later. My husband was with me this time. We went in and he saw the hotel's conditions, and we decided to leave, losing our money, it was that bad! When I arrived the fan in the washroom was on - there was so much dust/ash/dirt that came out of it was all over the toilet. The bathtub was dirty and so was the entire room! The elevator sign of service was held onto the wall with duct tape. This hotel should be condemned. THIS HOTEL WAS THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER WALKED INTO!
