Excellent room The suite was a beautiful room and very fairly priced for as nice as it was. The lobby has very nice, comfortable seating areas and an attractive bar. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Definitely recommended if you are staying in Wooster.

This is hotel is not friendly to seniors or handicapped persons. Do not stay at this hotel if you are a senior citizen or are handicapped. The malfunctioning "automatic" doors are dangerous and not equipped for seniors to handle. This is a major problem here. Shower controls are impossible to turn on if you are older or handicapped. There are no grab bars in the showers for seniors. There is a small bar in the lobby that does not have anyone to serve most of the time. There are not enough parking spaces for handicapped drivers.

Friendly staff and amazing accessible room I was travelling with my grandfather, aged 91, who needed an accessible room. The room provided was amazing and had everything we needed. I'd recommend the 2 queen accessible room for anyone traveling who needs an accessible room and a separate bed for their caregiver. The staff including front desk, breakfast attendants, maintenance, and custodial were extremely friendly. I knew they would help us out if there were any issues.

Don’t Judge a Book by It’s Cover I don’t typically think of a Best Western Hotel as being this nice. I was pleasantly surprised. The pool, breakfast and location surpassed my expectations.

Great place to stay! This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options including hot and cold breakfast foods. It did actually get quiet during “quiet hours” at night which I appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
