Customer service in these times can be frustrating and I was SURPRISED that Groupon is giving customer service like the old days. I had a problem with a deal I bought and it was fixed immediately and get this... by an English speaking person and I never got switched off to a different person. I started with David and ended with David and THEN David followed to be sure I was satisfied. Did I mention that the "problem" I had was my fault? After a long rough day, David restored my faith that there ARE good people and at least 1 company that's still doing a great job to save us money. This experience was AWESOME!
Best deal for the membership and Sam’s Club app is the most easiest to use/very convenient. Use the app for gas and scan to go at the store to pay and checkout with the app instead of standing in line. You can also order pick up with alcohol! Awesome technology!
