This was an incredible experience. They, MYCODES24 and David in particular, get the highest recommendation possible from me. I had an issue installing on my new computer that was no fault of theirs. It was because I still had time left on a free trial for Office 365. Microsoft is kind of dumb in how they try to make everything easy. When you run Microsoft's installer it checks to see if you have a current license and installs that version if there's a license already on your system. Which in my case the Office 365 license was there even though I had already uninstalled the software and canceled that subscription. It turns out uninstalling does not remove the license. I saw that issue called out multiple times in my Google search results. So it was no fault of this software. After seeing this through my email to him, David sent me a file that removes the license from the system. I had already searched for an answer and had removed that license through the command line but that's beside the point. The point is David took the time to respond quickly (within 15 minutes!) with a helpful answer that was right on target. After that I was able to install Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2024 without issue. I would have had the same issue no matter the source for any new version of Office. So I count myself lucky to have bought it from them because of the quick support I was able to get. Have you ever tried to get any kind of support let alone helpful support from other tech people including Microsoft? Good luck with that. David was very fast to reply with help to my emails. There were actually several emails back and forth between David and me. In each of his replies he was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. This kind of service is unheard of any more. I heartily recommend them for this or any other software or service they have to offer. My new Office Professional Plus 2024 software is fully activated and works great! Thanks!
