I use the website to book the appointment. Staff member called to inform me that my appointment has been canceled. I needed to call back to make the appointment. I just assumed I could use the website even though it said to call to book. Customer service was extremely friendly. They asked to provide my Groupon number ahead of time for easy process. Looking forward to this appointment. Scheduling 2 1/2 months out is difficult with my busy schedule, other than that it's a great deal.
