I really appreciated the past life regression session with Jessica. I wasn't sure what to expect and wasn't sure if it would work for me.
I set my intention at the beginning to recall a past life that would provide me with insight into this lifetime and Jessica walked me through a form of meditation. It was a very relaxing and easy process and it worked! I was able to recall some details from a past lifetime from three centuries ago.
