I had an excellent experience in my first visit to that location. I was greeted immediately upon entering and offered water. Brent was the tech that assisted me and he demonstrated outstanding customer service skills and a willingness to assist.

I was able to make a same day appt, they got me in early, appt took ~30 minutes, and no issues with the Groupon. So easy!
