That's the philosophy at CrossFit Exile, where lead trainer Stacy and her team work with students of all fitness levels. As you'll discover on your first visit, the bond between fellow CrossFitters is one of the great appeals of the program, and it helps everyone push harder to demolish their fitness goals. Students typically visit the gym two or three times a week to perform functional exercises that include pushing, pulling, running, jumping, and shouting at inanimate objects.
