We had the best time here! It is so chill and laid back. We were there for 5 hours and didn't get to see everything. Went on rides, so much fun! Fed giraffes, fed stingrays and had the best time! The staff were all so sweet and nice too!

It is perfect for the family. So much space, that it didn’t feel crowded at all. They had plenty to do for the kids. There were lots of options for food. The balloons were such a magical experience. This deal is a steal, and totally worth it. We will be going next year for sure.
Purchased the software for home use. I had an issue downloading the software due to Microsoft "bug", I contacted the vendor for assistance. They responded promptly on a weekend and helped to resolve the issue. I was able to download the software.
