Very fast and helpful customer service. Had one snag in that Groupon code was alpha numeric and vendor site only took numeric redemption code. I sent an email to their support email and they replied with my key in about 5 minutes. Their site also had helpful videos on the download and install process which helped make things simple.

It was beautiful. The base was amazing ceramic and it was well put together.
