I ordered the Office suite for a new computer. I followed the easy instructions and downloaded it to the computer. It wouldn't work properly so I reached out to David by email . It ended up being a software issue on my computer that he was able to diagnose and instruct me how to fix it. Very pleased with the download and support!

Easy to register, the little robot is cute; I like it so far

Arrived quickly and did a great job in the pillows, looking exactly like picture sent. Even lightened up a dark cat to see the brown fur mixed in. I am very pleased with results.

I was hesitant since price seemed too good to be true, but LOVE my product. Had a glitch after initial purchase, as well as a little ways in, but both times were due to user error on my part. Their customer service was very responsive and helpful both times!
