The service is what stood out. I had issues initially and I am well versed in the how to portion of this process. I spent an entire day with trial and failure on my own. When I responded to their email about how it went was I happy with my purchase etc. They responded quickly multiple times and provided a process different than my own that resolved my issues on the very first try.
