I redeemed my Groupon and within 5 minutes (maybe less but I was a bit distracted) I got an email with the Key for the software and a very clear and explicit video of how to download the software and how to install it. The process was easy, fast and perfect. Highly recommended. Please note that download, installation and uninstallation (If needed) depend on your machine.
