Bowlero was a great experience! The lanes were clean, the staff was friendly. We loved the fun atmosphere with arcade games and plenty of space to hang out. Perfect spot for family—I’d definitely go back! My grandsons had so much fun that we went back twice.

I had issue where my product did not activate the application. I was discovered I didn’t follow the instructions correctly. It was 30 days later until I was getting the message of failed activation. I contacted customer service via the email. They promptly responded and said what was the issue was and provided me the information to corrected within minutes.
