I was trying to install this product on a PC that had Office 2007 on it. Since it was such an old version, I ran into a lot of problems, but the customer service I received was excellent. I would email a problem, and usually within 30 minutes, they wrote back with something for me to try. If that didn't work, they suggested something else. I finally got it to work and it is great! It brought in all my old emails and settings from 2007 and immediately connected to my yahoo account. I highly recommend this product and company for their support.
