Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
I was so happy with this deal (bought two licenses to install MS Office on my laptop and my tower PC) that I tried to buy two more to give to my wife. When the Groupon limit said I couldn't buy two more, I had her buy them for herself and reimbursed her. The deals just happened to come at the perfect time because we had just upgraded our computers (and laptops) from Win10 to WIN11 and need to be able to handle basic correspondence and calculation tables. Since Outlook and Access are also included in the licensing, I'm sure they (and maybe PowerPoint) will come in handy, as well!
