Did not receive key in anticipated 2 hours. Was in a rush tho, so emailed after that and received a follow up reply/key shortly after. Key was good and worked no issues. Supporting online instructions were very helpful and good. I was happy with purchase and service other than some of the groupon handoffs are a bit confusing and cumbersome for these types of purchases, even if they seem necessary. I would purchase from this vendor again and intend to do so shortly.

Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
I was looking for a great deal on Microsoft Office to replace the 365 monthly subscription. This offer was a fabulous savings so I had to try. It was easy to use with detailed instructions on how to download. I had no issues. I used the programs to create some wonderful documents.
