The staff were well educated and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I was also impressed with the distance they kept between our boat and the whales. They respected their space. They also made sure that everyone could observe the whales from both sides by turning the boat. This is my third time going with Cape Ann Whale Watch and I fully intend to return again. I highly recommend people to definitely experience this awe inspiring activity!!
