First, I couldn't install Office 2024 even though I had previously uninstalled Office 2010. The service agent, David gave me a suggestion to install Office 2019, uninstall it and install Office 2024. It worked!. But I had a problem to activate the product. David gave me instructions several times and finally I could activate it. Now I can use Office 2024!. It took a day to fix the problem, but I'm very happy now. The service was excellent! David responded immediately to solve the problems. He sent me over 10 emails. I recommend this seller.
