I wasn’t sure that I’d be able to relinquish control enough to be hypnotized. This was actually a very cool session though. I felt like I was in & out of consciousness, like during a massage or a catnap. The mediation made my body feel weightless, but I still felt mentally in control. I was shocked at what I remembered in my session from a past life & how I became emotional recalling the details.
Erica is extremely kind and is great at what she does! My experience was beautiful and I truly feel the after effects and have a clear plan forward! Will see her again.
