Great customer service. I called a few times and always got through to someone. They were always friendly and helpful. I was confused about how to use the Groupon for 4 guests and they helped me correct my mistake. Then, they needed to cancel our date due to bad weather and they notified me via text and email. When I called, they were able to change the date for myself & my husband and gave us a voucher for the other two guests who could not go on the new date. They helped us park, got us on board, explained everything. And best of all, we got to see two whales. They worked hard to find them and pointed them out and told us when to expect them again.
