After purchasing a new computer. I was searching for Microsoft Office. Groupon had this offer for Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus that seemed too good to be true. After reading reviews, I purchased it. Although I thought I followed the instructions for installation and activation, apparently I did something wrong and a month later there was a message that the product key didn’t work and I couldn’t use the office. After an unsuccessful attempt to resolve on my own, I emailed the vendor’s support team. Within a couple of hours I received a reply with an explanation, detailed instructions and a new product code. The support representative asked me to report back on my progress which I did. I now have MS Office activated and working. I am very pleased with the customer service and the huge savings.
