How old do you have to be to skydive in San Diego?
For a traditional tandem jump, most operators require you to be 18-years old, although it may be possible to do a tandem skydive at 16 with parental permission.

Do you have to be fit to do a skydive?
Skydiving is, generally speaking, an activity for people with a reasonable level of fitness.
It's likely there will be a maximum weight (230lbs is normal). You'll also need to sign a waiver to say you are free of any medical conditions that may prevent you from taking part.
