Wonderful sunsets The view from our condo is wonderful on our 3rd story balcony. The pool was small and not heated but the beach was smooth, large and beautiful! Within 2 blocks is a full block of restaurants (fresh fish and homemade pies at Maui Pie) and shopping. So convenient!

AA Oceanfront are deplorable. Make sure if you book an AirBnB or Vrbo that it is first not managed by this deplorable company. AA Oceanfront. They will rip you off in one form or another. They have zero scruples, and are only after taking your money. If the hotel or resort you wish to book is managed by AA Oceanfront, move on to the next one. I promise from personal experience.

Avoid Unit 312 This review applies to unit 312 only. Avoid this unit. We stayed one week in July 2023. This unit has one very small and old AC unit in the living room and no AC in the bedroom. Other units I saw have new and larger AC in the living room and additional AC in the bedroom. Plus the AC is too loud to even turn on at night. Also the bedroom is tiny with just a standard size bed which is not comfortable for a couple, plus the mattress seems very old. The TV mostly didn’t work, with a “no signal” on the screen. The safe in the closet didn’t work, the TV remote needed batteries and it took 2 days for them to bring 2 batteries. The on-site manager doesn’t manage the units, just the public spaces; the units are privately owned. The location of this property is very good, it’s too bad the owner of unit 312 doesn’t update the needed issues.

HORRIBLE Absolutely disgusting. The worst I’ve ever seen. Moldy shower curtains, crumbs in drawers, filthy floor, pubic hair, EVERY SINGLE SURFACE WAS STICKY FROM OLD FOOD. Stains everywhere. Couch reeked like body odor. The tub was the worst I’ve ever seen at any hotel/condo. Not touched in months. Handprints all over the doors. Mold and splattered food on walls. AA oceanfront is a horrible company and Jamie should not be working in this field. I was told that Maui is just different and that I could clean it myself or find somewhere else if I wanted. And that they could send a maid ( laughable) but can’t wipe walls because they can’t “ just waste the owners money” When I said this isn’t the first place I’ve stayed in Maui, I was told “aren’t you lucky” Horrible company, disgusting condo. AVOID ANYTHING MANAGED BY AA OCEANFRONT.

Perfect place to stay We satyed in unit 118 it was a amazing experience and awsome that you could hear the waves in the backround. It was clean and super comfy. It has good quality apliences. We loved how the water was clean in the pool and its amazing how you can see sea turtles in the water and on the beach.
