Used to be a good place for staying I have been a long-term customer at this location for nearly 10 years. Additionally, I am an esteemed member of the Marriott Rewards program. It is disappointing to witness a decline in the quality of the establishment over time. This has been one of my preferred locations in the past. The staff previously exhibited kindness and professionalism, and the restaurant used to maintain a high standard. The services were exceptional, and the food's quality was consistently satisfactory. Presently, the lack of a welcoming atmosphere upon entry is evident. The Bistro employees should shift their focus from serving coffees to managing the bar due to inadequate staffing. While I empathize with their efforts, being overburdened with work inevitably impacts their performance. The facilities are evidently suffering from neglect; for instance, the rooms are in disrepair with broken blinds and completely dysfunctional USB ports for chargers. Furthermore, there are issues with water drainage in the bathtub. By the way, my last stay was Room 1404. I did approach the front desk and express the difficulties I was experiencing in my room. The answer was, 'We're fully booked, there is nothing we can do. If you want, we can cancel your reservation and you can find an alternative for your stay.' This happened on a long weekend Friday night, leaving me with no options. As a member of the Marriott Rewards program, I made contact with them and expressed my experience. Hopefully, they can rescue this location and I really wish it can be not just what it was. Be betther have the potential to be.

Undisclosed fees, moldy rooms, daily parking fee, trash was left in second room, remote for TV did not work This seems to be a hotel that Marriott purchased and "renovated" and branded as a Marriott. The front entrance is very nice, great greeting are and a nice bar. The room had black mold in the shower and felt damp throughout which caused the entire room to smell like mold. The new room was better but still had an odd smell. There is a $10 daily destination fee plus a $20 nightly parking fee that was not disclosed when booking. The TV remote had electrical tape holding the back cover on and would work intermittently if you shook it. Would have gone with other options considering what we spent after the fees.
