I didn't think customer service could be that bad. The place is inexpensive, so I did not expect it to be pristine or amazing. It was fine, UNTIL the front desk snapped at me. Yes. Snapped at me. Why? First, there are no chairs in the lobby. I've never seen that in the cheapest hotels I've ever been to. So as I waited for a ride, as a disabled person, I sat in the only place in the lobby---on the counter. I was snapped at to "get down". I said "you don't have a chair in your lobby." The reply? "That's fine, you can go outside." No joke. I've never experienced such rude behavior from customer service. It's not over! I wanted to show them what kindness means, so on my way out, I handed the front desk a gift. Unopened, untouched, still-sealed food. As I'm giving a GIFT, I get dirty looks and further attitude. I couldn't make this up for the intro to a horror movie. I don't want people to lose jobs, but I hope the ADA does something about this, without shutting it down, so that these folks can learn at least minimal manners and keep their jobs.

Dirtiest place in Arizona My first impression was that I noticed cigarettes smoke inside the building, ok it's Arizona....the hallway reek of Marijuana smoke, ok it's Arizona. When I entered my room and unfolded the blanket and sheets only to find public hair and black spots on the sheets. Unacceptable, there was dirt pile up in the corner of the room, again Unacceptable even for Arizona. I am asking Booking.com to refund and reverse the charges, I told the clerk I will not be staying there and requested a refund. I took pictures and will post the pictures on social media.

Clean, safe, great price, great coffee. Breakfast is lacking as there is only a trial bar with nuts, and beverages. They do have great coffee and vanilla creamer. Clean, nice pool and spa, heated). Good location and affordable price. ____
